Persona A — Foreign visitor. Comes to Türkiye for treatment. The app has to do far more than book a procedure — it has to be the airport pickup, the hotel, the city guide, the meal and the shopping companion, all backed by 24/7 multilingual assistance and a verified clinic network.
Persona B — Turkish citizen. Uses the app for every health touchpoint in their life. Symptoms, appointments, prescriptions, family check-ins, chronic-condition follow-up. The same insurance + assistance + network sits underneath — but the framing, language and pace are entirely different.
Three directions per persona. Each takes the same backbone and bets on a different mental model for the user. Not which is "right" — which one tests strongest.

What we want. Which direction feels right for each persona. Whether the AI/concierge tone reads as helpful or pushy. What's missing for someone actually flying in / actually sick.
All clinic names, prices, doctors and journeys are illustrative.
30–60, mid- to high-income. Coming from Europe, Gulf, UK, US, or East Africa. Often researching for months. Brings family. Cares as much about the city as the clinic.
Procedure + transfers + hotel + recovery support + a city to enjoy when they're well enough. A real human on the other end of the line in their language. Receipts good enough for their own insurer.
Most health-tourism apps stop at "book a doctor." Ours runs the whole stay — meals, sightseeing, shopping, taxi to the Bazaar — and it's all coverage-backed, no surprise bills.
Books the whole stay as one curated trip. Magazine typography, hand-picked itinerary. Mira (concierge) is a real multilingual human, in-chat from day one.
